I love putting activations together but I hate promoting them.
My new stance is “ Imma have fun even if it’s just me and 5 other people” and I’ve held tight to that.
I’m creating art without the expectation of outcome.
However if folks are in Philly this weekend…
I’m new to Philly. Looking for frens.
Lol. Not really new but new again. Sort of like born again but without the “terror” of the pandorama looming over us.
I’m outchea. Learnin’ the place again.
Also putting together pop-up activations around town. Sunday, August 30 11:30am is my first at Mt Airy Art Garage.
I’m bringing my LIVE Substack podcast the Sunday SpeakEASY to Philly! Joining me will be my Charleston fam Habibah Palmer/DJ BiBi Beatz on the 1s and 2s.
I hope some of my Philly peeps will pop by while we workshop what is sure to be “a thing” soon.
