Mission Accomplished! A Deep Dive into Family Constellations, Healing, and Meeting Source
A big THANK YOU to those of you who joined us for this transformative 2.5-hour conversation exploring family constellation therapy, ancestral healing, and spiritual integration. I’m exhausted from telling this story to my close peeps this past week and so I am deeply grateful to Sesheta Weaves 🌈 and Vangie (Doublemint Leo Rising Twins) for letting me surprise them with a twist to the re-telling. Bless your hearts. Together I really think we unpacked the profound experience of constellation work—what it reveals, how it heals, and why it matters for melanated communities navigating SO FUCKING MUCH generational trauma.
We covered the mechanics of systemic constellation work (including groups, in-person and online), the role of representatives in holding energetic space, and what happens when you meet your source self. We discuss how every system—family, culture, country—shows up in healing work, why integration continues long after the session ends, and how constellation therapy differs from traditional talk therapy.
Key themes include working with ancestral patterns, understanding the butterfly effect of healing on timelines, navigating Mercury shadow season, embracing Leo rising energy, and why sharing lived experience matters. Plus: the importance of routine in Saturn in Aries in the 6th placements, and why this work is accessible every Sunday live—no gatekeeping, just real talk about real information for transformation.
Whether you’re constellation-curious or deep in your healing journey, this conversation offers both education and inspiration. Afrofuturism meets therapeutic innovation. Time is a construct. Every conversation changes the timeline.
